Kaftah Burgers (adapted from Cooking Light)
13 oz meatloaf mix (mixture of beef, veal and pork)
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 tbsp dried parsley
2 tbsp breadcrumbs
3 tbsp chopped cilantro
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp ground coriander seed
1 tbsp dijon mustard
2 garlic cloves, minced
salt and pepper
- Combine all ingredients and form into patties.
- Heat nonstick skillet and cook burgers until they reach the desired level of doneness.
- Serve topped with feta cheese, onions and roasted pepper relish.
